Named after our founder’s last name in Spanish “Romero” [Rosemary] is a family company founded in the summer of 2023 right after covid changed the whole industry , we believed that hospitality services needed to be restructured and guests deserved to convert there dinners into whole dining experiences. So we brought on board our most passionate and talented members to offer consulting services with a strong sense of culture, love for food, cocktails and entertainment.
